I saw you helped Dell users with a similar problem … Can you help me with this one too? Could always try to download the chipset drivers and point the driver update manually to it.

Hi I see the topic is pretty old but it was actual axpi useful for me as well. Certainly, I am glad to help. Probably drivers for the chipset, all I see on msi’s site is 32 bit drivers, so you might be outta luck until they update drivers. Welcome to Windows 7 Forums. Unknown Device in Device manager.
