An investigation has been launched after emergency crews were called out to a fire at a shop at a retail park in Rochdale on Saturday afternoon.
Fire crews, including six fire engines, scrambled to the Times Retail Park on Dawson Street in Heywood at around 4.30pm on Saturday (November 18). Officers from GMP were also in attendance.
Three men were assessed at the scene by paramedics for smoke inhalation but they required no further treatment. Emergency services are now investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident.

Greater Manchester Fire Service said fire crews were in attendance at the unit for four hours. The store remains closed as police officers and members of the CSI unit remained at the scene conducting enquiries on Sunday.
A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service (GMFRS) said: “At around 4.30pm on Saturday 18 November, fire crews were called to reports of a fire at a commercial building on Dawson Street, Heywood.
“Six fire engines from Heywood, Oldham, Broughton, Rochdale, Chadderton and Ramsbottom stations, alongside the technical response unit from Ashton, were quickly mobilised to the scene.
“Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used three hose reels and positive pressure ventilation fans to extinguish the fire and make the area safe. Three men were assessed at the scene by paramedics for smoke inhalation.
“GMFRS crews were in attendance for just over four hours. An investigation into the cause of the fire is now underway.”
A Greater Manchester Police spokesperson said: "Police were called to reports of a fire at a shop on Dowson Street, Heywood at 4.44pm yesterday (Saturday 18 November). GMFRS responded with six pumps in attendance and the shop was evacuated.
"Three adults with minimal injuries were treated by ambulance at scene. An investigation found there were no suspicious circumstances concerning the fire and no arrests were made."
Greater Manchester Police has been approached by the M.E.N for a comment.
