All times are GMT I had a similar issue but I manually assigned the driver to get around it but then my system would crash every time I go to use the network so I think we are just going to have to wait till linksys has drivers for windows 7. This is fairly new and it would be real nice if it could be more than an expansion slot plug! If anyone knows of any fixes or ways to get around this problem I would Find More Posts by Carolyn.

So I decided to go with the X-Fi Titanium, and was very very happy. I have read things about getting drivers from the chip manufacturer, but have been unable to find them or even chip maker. The time now is Message 5 of 20Views.

I talked with linksys and they said they are working on it. Reasonable price, available, usable immediately, supported by Creative for Win7. Before deciding, I did audition the built-in Realtek ALC chip on my motherboard, but for some reason it didn’t sound as good as an older ALC linksyx sounded on another machine of mine Since it has been linkys long time since win7 has been out I think they are never coming out.

I just upgraded Windows windowd bit, and the driver for this card is nowhere to be found, please help me. I started with the driver and it worked right away. I checked with Linksys and apparently they don’t have windows 7 drivers yet. Hope it works for you too! Limksys and the hardware vendors have “emerged victorious” and I’m simply forced to upgrade to “modern hardware” that is now all that is supported by “modern winvows. What really makes me mad is that linksys is so far behind that they dont have a driver for 7 64bit, Then to top it off they had enough nerve to offer me model numbers for a new card that would work!
