Pro-Palestine protesters are taking part in a demonstration in Manchester city centre for the sixth weekend in a row.
'Hands off Gaza' demonstrators are meeting at Whitworth Park on Oxford Road this afternoon (November 18). It comes amid the ongoing conflict in the Middle East.
It is believed more than 100 pro-Palestinian protests are taking place across the UK this weekend, with events also scheduled to take place in Liverpool, London and Birmingham.

Ben Jamal, the director of the Palestine Solidarity Campaign, said earlier this week this weekend's rallies are being held to support a ceasefire.
A number of protests have been held across Manchester since the conflict began, including an event at St Peter's Square at the start of the month which saw thousands of demonstrators hold flags and banners as they marched onto Deansgate and Market Street.

A representative for Network Rail has told the M.E.N the unplanned 'sit-in' is not currently causing any delays to train services at Victoria Station.

Bus delays across city centre
In addition to bus services 8, 10, 67, 93, 97, 98 and 100 being diverted, there are also reported delays for a number of bus routes in the city.
Stagecoach is reporting that there are currently around 25-minutes delays on the 42, 42A, 42B, 42C, 38, 43, 50, 85, 85A, 86, 111, 142, 143, 250, 255, 256 services.
The 23 services are facing delays of around 21 minutes.

The on-going protests have led to some travel disruption across the city centre this afternoon.
Bus services 8 and 10 are on diversion via Trinity Way, Great Ducie Street and Hunts Bank.
Bus services 67, 93, 97, 98 and 100 are currently on diversion via Trinity Way, Great Ducie Street and Hunts Bank (inbound).
What's happened so far
The demonstration began at Whitworth Park at 12pm today, before people marched down to Oxford Road and then Deansgate. There, some protestors who had climbed the Manchester Cathedral building were asked to get down by police.
Some protestors have now attempted to make their way into Victoria Station where an unplanned 'sit-in' is currently being staged. Others have been blocked from entering the station by police.
