Manchester City return to action this weekend when they host Liverpool at the Etihad in a clash between the Premier League's top two.
A number of Pep Guardiola's first-team regulars have been away on international duty over the past fortnight, their final round before a hectic winter schedule. Most came through their respective matches unscathed but there are concerns over the fitness of Erling Haaland, Mateo Kovacic and others.
There has been plenty of attention on City during the break, following the decision to hand Everton a 10-point deduction for breaking the Premier League's profit and sustainability rules. The Blues are awaiting their own verdict on 115 charges.

Injury latest
First meets second at the Etihad Stadium on Saturday as Manchester City host Liverpool in the early kick-off.
Having suffered a poor campaign last year, Jurgen Klopp's side have made themselves challengers once again this term with an impressive run of form in the top flight. The Merseysiders have lost just once all season in the Premier League and are a point behind Pep Guardiola's City.
The Blues have suffered no hangover from their historic Treble campaign and are leading the way at the top. But, both City and Liverpool are contending with injuries to key players ahead of the meeting in Manchester.
MEN Sport has rounded up the injury news and return dates for both sides ahead of the big game, which you can find here.
Charges verdict
Former Manchester City winger Shaun Wright-Phillips believes the club should not be stripped of any Premier League titles amid the ongoing investigation into their alleged 115 breaches of FFP rules.
Everton’s 10-point deduction on Friday saw some calling for Premier League chiefs to come down hard on City should they be found guilty of any breaches. The Blues have vehemently denied any wrongdoing.
With City currently sat on seven Premier League titles - five of which have come during the Pep Guardiola era - the Blues have become the dominant force in English football over the past decade. Wright-Phillips does not think any of their titles should be taken away from them as he doesn’t believe anyone who finished second to City would want to be handed the title.
Speaking to NewBettingOffers, he said: "I don’t think it would be fair for Manchester City to be stripped of any of their previous honours should they be found guilty of any of the charges against them."
