The owners of a luxury steakhouse in Bolton which went up in flames have announced plans to reopen after spending the last eight months conducting extensive repairs.

Beefalo Meat House, on Blackburn Road in Astley Bridge, had been preparing to host a charity fundraiser event when two separate fires tore through the restaurant on March 6.

There were no injuries reported in the incident but the blaze left extensive damage to the roof building. Damage was also caused to the rear of the restaurant. At the time, co-owner Orkun Derin said he had been ‘devastated’ by the fire.
